My son wears orthopedic shoes and when we found these shoes life was heaven. The "shoes" are actually suspenders that fit inside a pair of real shoes. As you can imagine most shoes need to be 2 sizes bigger for braces to fit. We tried many different shoes and my son either flatly refused to wear them or was stomping and stomping on his oversized shoes. Reverse slip-ons were an amazing find.
