Doesn't taste good. Lemon juice would be a very good choice here. It doesn't last very long, I have to reapply every 1-2 hours.

Yes, it works. It's not that great as the effects only last around 4-5 hours. Dry mouth wakes me up in the middle of the night so I started using Biotene. My illness is related to heart medication - I believe. Sure it's better than NOT using it, but I wish it lasted longer.

The older I get, the drier my mouth gets. If I remember using this product, it's not that bad. The taste is good and it's a nice thick gel. A bit pricey for sure but it works for me so I keep using it!

Battling dry mouth and throat was a mystery - I started coughing and couldn't stop - after just saying a few words. There was a terrible feeling in my mouth. Biotin is magic. I use Biotene toothpaste, mouth spray, gel and small tablets that stick to the palate for long lasting relief. I can only recommend biotin. I tried another brand - HORRIBLE - and made a mouth dryer that tasted awful. BIOTS!

A serious downside for the head and neck cancer survivor was that the radiation from the tumor at the base of my tongue burned the salivary glands. So my diet was severely restricted and I couldn't swallow saliva. And when I lay flat my mouth was 100% dry so I couldn't sleep. The biotin gel was a life saver, it kept my mouth moist and let me sleep.
