I haven't had the bag for a long time but first impressions are that the bag is well made. It comes with a one-year labor warranty. Impressive! I love all the little zipped compartments on the outside of the bag for easy access to tissues, lip balm, cell phone, water bottle etc. I carry two cell phones (personal and work) so I chose this bag because it has two side pockets. My phones fit perfectly. i love color Looks very similar to the color in the photo. The shoulder straps are wide and comfortable. I have back and shoulder issues so I prefer the backpack style so I don't strain my spine with a bag slung over one shoulder. Zippers are always the reason I change my wallet. I hope these zippers will last longer than my previous ones.
