A Size Up! for my opinion
Comfortable up to a point and gave top control. At work I do a lot of movement that requires bending at times, the pantyhose comes down at times, it doesn’t stay in place, so from time to time I need to go to restroom to adjust. Needed to go a size up, I purchased a E, I’m 5’4, 315lbs, thighs and hips a little thicker than some women.
