California bans incandescent and halogen bulbs. It doesn't make sense to include 12V as they don't use much power. I have two outdoor lights that use 12 volt candle shaped bulbs. I bought these LEDs to replace the burned ones. They look great and are just as bright as the old ones. I had a blown bulb and the seller sent a replacement right away.
