This hat came in a plastic bag. It was wrinkled as hell when I got it, I'm not sure the brim will ever get back into shape. The first hat I ordered came in a box and looked great but was too small. I wear 7 5/8 and needed xx large. And this puree goes well with it. Definitely not a Tilley, but it wasn't $90 either. The way it was delivered was no fault of the manufacturer and overall they make a decent $38 hat.
