Review on Sterling Infinity Necklace Shortener Connector by Carla Anderson

I bought it to shorten/double a long chain. I bought a rose gold one from Touchstone but now I needed a silver one. I thought it sounded like a good deal, 2 for under $20. In fact, I only received one because one of the two broke right out of the little bag it came in. After putting on the necklace, I could not close the clasp. Looking closely, I saw that it was defective and the clasp was misaligned, making it impossible to close. What good is a clasp if it doesn't snap? This is how you lose your jewelry due to weak and defective clasps. I threw it in the trash, couldn't fix it. Thank god 2 pieces came with the order and the others work perfectly.
