The ease at which I am able train new members using our own content library has saved us time in development costings for this product compared to other providers we have used previously that required additional staff resources or bespoke design from an external agency - no extra costs! We are also now looking into integrating some AI technology through machine/deeplearning type solutions but there's nothing available yet (we've seen similar products though).
Training existing employees too would be very beneficial if they were not familiar working within SharePoint Online / Office365 environment where most users will already struggle anyway without any onboarding process support. This saves money by reducing implementation timescales because all functionality provided out side box comes "outofthebox" meaning less code writing needed once deployed than others require when customising systems etc.
