I like that you can use this system with your own clients or even other companies! You have access from anywhere at anytime, so no more using my phone while driving home just because i'm not near an internet connection!! Sometimes there are issues when uploading documents but overall its great as long as they keep working out all of these problems. I like that they have an app you can download which allows me access from anywhere at anytime with minimal effort, also their customer service has been great! They are always quick about responding back when contacted via email or phone call (website doesn't work so well if your not local). I like that you can customize your own layout which allows me more control over my page design, as well as being able to add multiple pages of data at once! It's difficult sometimes when trying to navigate through certain features such as creating custom fields or adding new screens because there isn't an intuitive way; however this could be remedied by making some adjustments (not too many though). The best part of this software was that I could access my files from anywhere with an internet connection, which made me feel more secure about working remotely without having to use cloud storage services like Dropbox or Google Drive.
