Not what I expected from Revain

Device The output from my amp and rear speakers is really, really (I mentioned REALLY) weak. I contacted Revain's online help via chat, but they were unable to help me. The wire coming from the head unit wiring harness that supplies power to either the amplifier or the equalizer is not powered. I figured I could cheat by taking power from a remote antenna cable and managed to get the amp to work. HOWEVER, the signal from the head to the rear speakers is so weak that it is barely noticeable. Revain gave me the manufacturer's email address (in China of course) and more than 24 hours passed with no reply. I'm deep into day 2 and I'm not a happy camper.

Pros

Car Media Player: the car is in reverse to automatically turn on the 10.1 inch screen. Steering Wheel Control: This allows you to control the functions you need more conveniently with the steering wheel. Video output allows video viewing in the back seat, enjoy your driving time!
