Love love love. Bought to replace my previous Bagallini of the same size but older style which was in perfect condition even after 2 years of heavy use. Why? Smarter styling (never named like my old diaper bag!) and the addition of a laptop sleeve, finally eliminating the need for a separate laptop sleeve. I carry it everyday at home/daycare/work and it works great as a handbag/laptop bag/diaper bag. All in one. Did you hear it? A POCKET! The holy grail for this laptop with a working mom. The stable, wide handles distribute the weight well, so my shoulder doesn't hurt even with a heavy load. The material is easy to wipe if there are small stains. I haven't washed this one yet, but my old one has been in the washing machine a few times and still looks brand new. Two very minor complaints: 1. The front side pockets are a bit uncomfortable as they are narrower at the top than the top ones. lower.
