This was recommended to my daughter for acne (her Curology dermatologist). It really helps with that, but I've also found it extremely helpful for skin issues. I have seborrheic dermatitis, it has flared up for the first time in many years, very bad, on my face! While waiting to see a dermatologist I started using this. And I was able to cancel the appointment as it broke up within a few weeks. I also have diaper rash and the itching has stopped too. Very soft, good foam. I like using that a lot.
