I have a 2015 Jeep Sahara and they don't quite fit as the fitment instructions say. In the end they work and I installed them but not according to the instructions. ;)

Pros

Vibration and noise reduction: The triangle is stable, and fixed rods are added on both sides to avoid shaking. There are other rubber washers and nylon nuts that can greatly reduce vibration and better stabilize the rearview mirror. The streamlined design minimizes noise, giving you the best choice for street legal riding.
