Review on Misti Stamp Tool Original Size Stamp ๐Ÿ–Œ๏ธ Positioner (2020 Version): Unparalleled Precision for Impeccable Stamping Results by Doris Tran

Fantastic tool, maybe not the best on the market

I use stamps for hobby and work. So this is a comparison, not just a review. I wanted to try Misti versus Stampin' Up's awesome stamp positioning tool called Stamparatus! I found that both tools work the same way. What I like most about Stamparatus is that it has 2 opening doors (they hold real stamps when the tool is used), not just 1. And the 2 doors are reversible so you can hold stamps on 4 separate surfaces, while Misti has 1 door. which is non-reversible, giving you only 1 usable surface. I also love that the Stamparatus comes with 2 super strong paper holding magnets and the Misti only comes with 1. There are two things I love most about the Misti. The size is bigger. Misti measures 8" x 10" while Stamparatus measures 8" x 8". I also really like the engraved size markings on three sides of the Misti which can be very helpful. In general, any tool will do the job and a tool like this is essential if you are into real stamping/crafting. In terms of value, the Stamparatus is currently $49 and the Misti is $69.95.

Pros
  • Use the included bar magnet to position cardboard quickly and easily and the included grid paper makes it easy to place and line up your card design.
Cons
  • Base required
