The oldest computer in a new case

This computer is like going back in time. It's like having a 1999 Pontiac 4 with a Lamborghini body. One of the slowest computers I've ever used. And note that I didn't upload anything. Can you imagine installing some programs or images on this thing? Email is loading. Double click on the PDF file and just wait the full 30 seconds for it to load. This isn't real. I've never seen anything like it.
