This pillow fits me perfectly. My husband uses a body pillow and we only have a queen bed so a full size maternity pillow wouldn't work. I only need a pregnancy pillow during my pregnancy. I don't use a body pillow. That's why I didn't want a big pregnancy pillow. I like the fact that this has more than one use and isn't as big as the other types. I can use it as soon as the baby is here. The fabric and filling are very nice. The price was great for the number of uses. Multipurpose for victory. Rschunimagu
