Love this shoe - nice and soft and the heel height seems just right (I'm picky). I've tried other insoles (like the Superfeet) but ultimately prefer the ones that come with them. The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 is because of the width. However, I find that all Nike models are quite narrow and very few are wide, so I rarely buy them. I'm a woman who often buys men's shoes because they tend to be wider, so I ordered them "extra wide" from Nike's website (seems to be the only place to buy 2E). They are far from "very wide" but I can wear them and hope they stretch a little. The toe box is also a bit narrow, but I don't mind that much. I don't run in them, I plan to use them as everyday shoes and for walking. I would recommend them, but I would also be aware of the width issue. The length corresponds to the size.
