Deformation? What curvature?

when I read the reviews of the sheet pans, I almost bought them. I am a chef and these pans are exactly as described, durable, stainless steel and easy to clean. My first experience was roasting cauliflower, it turned out great. I fried at 400 degrees, not deformed. wiped mat. The next morning there were cookies and they came out great, not sticky, didn't warp and peeled easily. Also, the price for 4 pieces is really good.
