Capacitive touch is not good for volume up/down and next/previous track. You try to increase the volume, but instead you pause or decrease the volume instead of the next track. I'm fed up with it and just use my phone or computer to change tracks and volume. You might also think that the left headset is used for backward tracking and the right headset is used for forward tracking, but the opposite is true. However, the volume seems correct and the right side is for volume up and the left side is for volume down. If it were the other way around and capacitive touch wasn't so spirited, it would be a great device. You had to press left once for volume up, press and hold right once for volume down, double press right for next track, double press left for previous track. So if you don't mind using your phone to control everything but pause and play, this is a great device. Left click to pause/play and answer/hang up.
