The best part is that it integrates well into our system flow of data from various sources like ERP etc., which helps us monitor all activities related to this process very easily without having any manual intervention required at every stage along the way as compared before when we were using traditional methods. It has been extremely helpful during emergency situations where there are issues due to sudden changes/failures within one interface only! Nothing specific so far but I can say its working great since last 1 year now!! We use it mainly in emergencies (sudden failures) rather than anything else because other tools do not provide such feature set unlike q4it does right out off box!!
