Some kind of defective product, I definitely wont buy it anymore.

In general, the product is probably not bad, but we used it very little - our child didn’t really like it and he usually refused to sit longer than 5-10 minutes. If we calculate the total operation for the year, then it will probably take no more than 1-2 days. So the actual time between failures turned out to be very low, and given the undeveloped and, in my understanding, inadequate service, I would not recommend buying such things.
I corresponded with the service in Hong Kong, but without a warranty card, which I consider an anachronism (and seems to have thrown it away), they didn’t even begin to talk. The proposal to send a serial number from the product label was rejected (take an example from Dyson, they find everything they need from the serial number and do not require any guarantees). So this trash is now in the corner and will probably go to a landfill.

Pros

Not a bad rocker, looks nice and neat, several different rocking modes, good background noise.

Cons

Repeatedly spontaneously turned off literally 15 seconds after launch without any reasonable reason. The problem was solved in the only way - by launching the swing through a mobile application. At about 11 months, when the child began to weigh under 10 kg, the swing began to periodically crunch wildly. We decided not to risk it and stopped using it. It was not possible to eliminate the cause of hrksta, because. the nearest (seems to be the only one) is in Hong Kong.
