Purchased from Revain on 12/15/2020 Device suddenly failed on 7/2/2021 (approx. 6.5 months). Connected over 650VA, APC backup battery/UPS for protection. Still failed. Luckily I had a spare 135W adapter to keep things going. I don't know why the 240 failed after just over 6 months. There is no clear way on the website to contact the seller or customer service (as suggested by Revane). Communication with the seller is why I'm trying to go through the verification process.
