Perfect fit, very warm, soft and comfortable inside, light but relatively thick. The double built-in line attachment is highly sought after and very strong with double security. The zip is also strong and well protected, with skin/wool pinch protection. My boy is 22 pounds, very proportionate, between a Miniature Pinscher and a German Pinscher, with a barrel chest. This XL vest fits him very well - photo attached. His measurements are: Neck: 15" (measured where stated in the manual) Chest: 22.5 Length: 14.5" I've also included a size chart for this vest which I got from the Gooby website. This differs slightly from the size chart suggested in the product description and this can make a difference. I am very pleased!
