Be careful as there are about half a billion pins in these parts to keep them folded, but the shirts are pretty good and hold up well to professional use. I also LOVE that they have just enough length across the chest and arms and are long enough for a tall person to tuck their shirt all the way in and leave it there. I'm 6ft 3in, 180lbs, thin/medium build and I'm struggling to find shirts that really fit me. It's pretty solid. Not the best but for the price I can't complain. I wear a tie every day and am closer to 16 than 15.5 and I would say it was a bit tight around the neck when I first put it on. in the morning, but in 10-20 minutes it stretched just enough to fit just right. I liked it so much I bought four more so take it for what you want.
