Complete nonsense: rotary cutter
Thank god I tried it on an old shirt first. I had to go back and forth and it still didn't cut through the rather thin fabric. I bought this to easily trim the tops in a straight line and I wouldn't have to use scissors. I ended up using scissors anyway because that fabric cutter didn't get the job done. This product is not worth the money.
