This is my first shredded foam pillow but I'm so glad I tried this one! It's very comfortable and supports my neck. Most importantly, the inner foam is so supportive and doesn't shift easily, giving you as much support as you want. Even with shredded foam, I can adjust the height and support level of my pillow for the first time! just love it! Definitely worth trying.
