Disappointing protein powder for athletes
I've been using this protein powder for a few weeks and have noticed no improvement in my workouts. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that the ingredients used are low-quality, and the taste is terrible. While the price is affordable, the packaging is weak and often leaks, wasting product. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their health and household fitness routine.
