Review on 💻 MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI Motherboard - AMD AM4, DDR4, PCIe 4.0, SATA 6Gb/s, M.2, USB 3.2 Gen 2, AC Wi-Fi 6, HDMI, ATX by Pedro Curtis

I bought this board to build my new PC. My first in over a decade. I looked at the boards for weeks, then suddenly it appeared and I decided on: isryzen 7 build 5800xx570s tomahawk32gigs of g skill trident z neo 36002 WD m.2 drivesevga 3070ti ftw3 ultraartic Liquid Freezer 2 360mm A-rgbevga 750gtphanteks p500a rgb well built . It was heavier than expected and very durable. Everything went very smoothly and I had no problems other than 1. I'll get to that in a moment. I will repeat some of the other functional checks. The BIOS is easy to navigate and enabling XP was just a click away and ready for the 3600MHz RAM profile. Now here is my only problem. accidental disconnection from USB. I know this is (now) an issue with some x570 boards and AMD processors. I haven't had it for a week. Then one day I noticed that all the fans of the case were blinking and the sound "USB device is disconnected” was playing. The mouse freezes for a split second and then reconnects. It happened maybe a dozen times a week when my computer was on and running. I did some research and found that this might be an issue with these boards and some other semi complicated reasons. I've tried several solutions found on the internet and nothing has been fixed. Update bios and all drivers including chipset. It comes and goes, and some days I don't have it. Yesterday it happened 3 times in 5 minutes and then didn't happen again for several hours. I'll update this if I find a solution or if anything changes. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars.
