Review on 💫 Blinc BLPF1000 Lash Primer - Enhanced Black by Jay Lopez

I love Blinc Mascara and buy a tube for every bride I know to wear to weddings. They all love it too! I was very happy with the "clear" primer because it helped my short, thin lashes look fuller and longer, but I didn't like that there were sometimes white patches that didn't get covered with mascara. So I thought black primer would be the solution. NO! It is not. It smears and smears like cheap drugstore mascara and is awful to wash off, even with eye makeup remover, which is the whole point of Blinc mascara to avoid. My advice: stick with transparent and use a magnifying mirror to hide the white parts.
