Replace flatbed scanner in my shop. The tablet still worked but I couldn't use it anymore as it wouldn't connect to my new laptop because the tablet used a SCSI interface which the laptop didn't have and the old laptop with the correct port died . Took the sheet feeder instead of a USB tablet as it took up a fifth of the space and is portable so I can take it to trade shows, home etc. Too far as it's difficult to use the scanner on multiple computers. It would be nice if it worked plug and play like the scanner on my multifunction device. Build quality appears to be excellent as it is neither light nor flimsy. I've given tech support an 'A' even though I've had no reason to use it so far, so I have no reason to knock or commend it at this point. The software interface is easy to use once everything is downloaded and installed, you just have to turn it on and insert the page to be scanned. Time will tell if it has the same durability as a replacement tablet that has lasted over 20 years.
