The user friendly software makes it easy for employees or customers who have accidents at their place of business. It also allows supervisors to view details about each accident along with all documents related. I like that you can add photos directly into the database as well as use them in emails when communicating with insurance companies, employers, etc. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major. We've found that this product works great with our organization. With the help of this application we can track employee information, send notifications, maintain an accurate history of medical care, communicate with clients regarding status updates and more.
