It's terrible. The straps are made of such cheap plastic they don't even flex enough to stay closed on my wrist! Even before I tried putting it on I suspected it was going to be a terrible product because it was very difficult to insert a genuine Fitbit part into the hole for it and almost impossible to get it out again when I realized that the belt it's so terrible. What a waste of money and time! I tried to save money and buy an unbranded strap, but I still had to go back and buy a real Fitbit strap! Don't waste your time and money on this.
