bought it for my wife to replace the original strap. The plastic slider that holds the bracelet's clasp is a little flimsy, but otherwise good.

Since Fitbit no longer sells replacement bands, I had to order a fake one. The bracelet comes with a safety clasp. It's a nice feature so it doesn't show up. The color was darker than Fitbit's "slate" bands. I would say it's closer to black than blue.

I love this group and it is a pleasure to work with this company. You are customer oriented and have excellent customer knowledge. I can't speak for their other products, but their resistance bands are comfortable and they have a variety of colors to suit every size. The price is also unbeatable. If I could give this product and company 10 stars I would.

It was terrible. The straps are really stiff and rigid, not flexible like the original Fitbit straps. I ordered small ones and they are much smaller than the original, I could hardly close them. The fasteners are very difficult to push through and then do not hold well. One of the straps broke in half after 3 days when I tried to remove the tracker. I'm sending it back for a refund.

This is a very good replacement for the FitBit Flex. Just know that the first time I used it it took me at least some time to adjust the FitBit device to the new range. Insertion was a bit difficult as the strip had not yet "rolled" and the hole was sealed tight. This also applies to closing the bracelet around my wrist. You really have to "work" the first few times to loosen the tape enough for it to "click" securely. Now everything is in order. I will order another one or two in other colors.

It's terrible. The straps are made of such cheap plastic they don't even flex enough to stay closed on my wrist! Even before I tried putting it on I suspected it was going to be a terrible product because it was very difficult to insert a genuine Fitbit part into the hole for it and almost impossible to get it out again when I realized that the belt it's so terrible. Garbage. They're fraudulently using the official Fitbit photo on this list, but the group isn't really the right one. Not the same design. Wrong colour. Hard plastic that doesn't flex enough to fit properly. The tracker can be inserted and removed with difficulty without exerting much pressure on the material. It's almost impossible to close and when you do it still pops open. (They include a small plastic loop to keep them closed, but there's no way I'd risk losing the tracker to a cheap piece

The first purchase failed after a very short time. Revain arranged a VERY quick replacement which failed again a day later. It literally broke and fell out of my hand. The hole you put the Flex Fitbit in is too small and too tight, so that's a problem. I find the teak material too stiff and inflexible. In both cases, it falls apart in the same place - at the junction of the ligament. As my previous band has been around for years this is disappointing. Needless to say I'm done with teak tops. PS
