EDIT: Update to include some additional thoughts after using the computer for a bit longer. Temperatures aren't terrible but still seem higher than they should be with a working water cooler.- Performance can be below average in some games, I suspect it's my GPU and the low performance issue, on which I pointed out in the user test. Cent: I have a remote for RGB, cables that came with the PSU, and some SATA cables that probably came with the motherboard. However, I did not receive an antenna for the motherboard with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so both are literally useless. I tried Bluetooth with a pair of wireless headphones and it was a terrible mess. I'm slightly tempted to drop to 2 stars as the price has increased $100 since purchase. but I won't. It's not a terrible PC at all, but I was hoping for the best. ____The main issue/complaint is that the CPU temperature is quite high, especially for the included 120mm AIO cooler. Looks like they intentionally saved money on this cooler. Removing the side panel helps a bit, but not much, eventually ending up in the 70s, which isn't entirely acceptable. I will try PC for a bit longer but not happy with it. The rest of the fans/chassis seems fine to me. As PC parts can vary per PC I settled on the following: REVEL EPIC-X RGB". and seems to be working fine and temperatures seem good. - Some ADATA XPG DDR4-3600 RAM, but CAS latency is 18 (but maybe 17. not sure - that's according to pcpartpicker) It's pretty bad anyway, CAS latency shouldn't be more than 16. - ASRock B550M/ac motherboard Pretty disappointing considering that it's a microATX when it looks like the case could work well with ATX Pretty cheap mobo choices here Some of the pros: - only bloat is really preinstalled windows junk this company has quite a few drivers installed , even AMD chipset drivers, which is very nice and necessary for good performance of AMD processors of this generation Windows - the computer started immediately, I did not notice any obvious defects even on delivery, it was packaged quite well, but used The packaging material was a bit cheap. - Apart from the CPU temperature, the performance seems normal to me. Run Userbenchmark a few times and it was reported that its performance was above average, but for some reason the GPU still wasn't working. A rough estimate on pcpartpicker shows that the parts I received are worth just over $1,900 after tax. I bought it for $2100 before taxes. Overall I'm disappointed with the computer so far due to what I find to be a fairly low cost, a choice of parts and mainly temperature issues that are really unacceptable.
