There were so many different opinions about wooden hangers, some people raved about one brand and just as many people said the same brand was terrible. It was very frustrating and confusing and I ended up bouncing a ton of emails. I never write reviews but I just want to save someone the hassle. Luckily, the Nature Smile brand arrived undamaged and was firm, smooth, and uniform. Initially I didn't want the hangars to be nicked just to make sure my long sleeve shirts didn't have a nick on the shoulder, but they all lay pretty flat over the hangar. The hangars are also long enough to keep my wide-collared shirts from slipping off the hem. I was very pleased and relieved so I hope this helps you filter out any low quality brands.
