The support team was very helpful in answering my questions related to our accounting software application called Xera Accounting Suite for Apple iOS devices (the app).

I had several inquiries about their products that they were able help me with as well! They are friendly people who work together. It would be nice if there weren't so many steps from one step/sub-step to another when requesting assistance or placing an order through the website - it's sometimes hard to determine where you need input regarding your account setup etc., especially since we're not familiar enough yet ourselves wtih how this all works behind teh scenes; however once again customer service has been great throughout everything thus far!! We have solved some problems around managing inventory better than before by using these systems at present time.- This helps us keep track more easily & accurately which lets give.
