Writing this review is primarily due to the exceptional customer service I received from Raul. The company honored their 3 year warranty and supplied a brand new spinner kit in place of the damaged rod part. The middle section of the rod had been damaged somehow, ruining the threads on the underside. An attachment to the part of the post stuck in the ground was impossible. The spinner claims a 3 year warranty so I contacted the company and in fact they honored the warranty by sending a whole new spinner assembly. It is very valuable and great to do business with a great company. There seem to be few left these days. Thank you Raul! This spinner is awesome. After planting in the ground, it is very strong. The colors seem to have held up well all spring and summer. It spins at the slightest breeze. This is a very good accessory for a small backyard flower garden. Highly recommended.
