Very good winter shoes. The outsole is fairly grippy, a very thick, cushioned insole provides warmth, and they feel pretty durable. They're snug at the top and have a soft brim so even if you go in up to your ankles it won't keep a lot of cold wet things inside. Fit a little larger than I expected so I can wear the thickest of socks. There's just one thing I don't like. Due to the small opening in the upper, you must use the heel loops to put the shoes on. And to make it even more challenging, these loops have been flattened so it's a little tiring to fumble with your finger every time you put your shoes on.
