Review on Trimmer gasoline STIHL FS 38, AutoCut C 5-2, 0.9 hp, 38 cm by Aneta Kowal ᠌

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

I bought a trimmer for a summer residence. The grass is different: field and lawn. The trimmer is very light. Run in the modes according to the recommendations of the seller. Mows excellently even half a meter gout, nettles, raspberries. I left the lawn grass, which was already decently grown, for a snack. Some write that the trimmer does not do a very good job with lawn grass, stell it and wind it on a fishing line. The result exceeded all expectations. Stihl coped with the lawn grass with a bang! It mows ditches well, near the fence and in hard-to-reach places. On the first day I mowed about 7 acres of grass. The hand gets a little tired at the same time holding the trimmer and pressing the throttle lever lock and the lever itself. It is necessary to purchase a belt, a hole for a carabiner is provided. The trimmer is convenient for the work of a person up to 180 cm tall, if it is taller, it is necessary to adjust the position of the handle by removing the plastic limiter of the handle travel, this will not affect the warranty. The trimmer is quite silent, if you can say so about a gasoline trimmer. When a neighbor mows his grass for two hours, you think that your brain will burst. And his own "buzz" and sings more affectionately. I was very afraid that the trimmer power would not be enough, I thought I should take a more powerful one with a 4-stroke engine instead of a 2-stroke one and with a straight bar. The price difference is very significant. I want to say that if you do not run the site, mow it regularly, once every 2 weeks, then the power of this trimmer is quite enough. Another one of my "boyalok" that I can not start the trimmer. It starts the second time, and with a warm engine - the first time. Happy shopping!

Pros
  • Lightweight, low noise, easy to operate, price
Cons
  • Not identified, except for the lack of a belt in the kit
