There are many viruses out there now, and many of them seem a little silly. But I saw them and decided it was worth a try. I'm in the grocery and grocery delivery business, so I'm in and out of my car all the time. I have to wear a mask in a shop or restaurant, then I'm happy to take it off when I leave, but then I have to put it back on when delivering food. I end up putting it on the seat, but then sometimes it gets clogged with things, sometimes it falls on the floor, and sometimes it even falls out. I also don't like holding the mask when I'm putting groceries in the car. It is securely fastened and easy to slip around the neck. You leave it plugged in while wearing the mask, just like reading glasses. The only problem was that I bought 2 packs as a spare and my friend took a different one. He skateboards and left his mask on too often because it was difficult to take off and wear the mask.
