Perfect solution to our hybrid charging needs

Our new Mercedes GLC 350e can easily go 25 miles on a charge but, at 110v, it takes about 12 hours to recharge the batteries. With this contraction, it charges in under 2 hours. So, if we decided to go out for dinner - we can drive back to town with a full charge. It was easy to install once my electrician gave us 250v to plug into. A nice feature is to see at a glance the charging status without having to walk over to the wall.

This company is a CROOK. Charger malfunction in 6 mos. They did not refund after I sent back item to

I exchanged several emails with them. I isolated the problem that it was not my car but it is their charger. The charger registered 133 degrees. See image. I wasted my time and money to send back the item. Only for them to ghost me. ebay please take all products from this company BESENERGY off your site.

Find a better charging station.

The charger keeps tripping on over current and is less efficient than using the manufacturer's charging cord. The charger may not be compatible with some charging networks or software platforms, which can limit its usefulness for some users.

Easy to install. Nice design and just enough information on the display.

Mounting the charge unit was pretty simple. I wanted a unit that showed the charge rate and just basic information. I don't need to see it from the living room on my iPhone or anything like that. So this unit was just right. Plugged it into my Bolt, powered it on and it displayed a 34 amp draw. Instead of 36 hours charging on 110v, I was charged in a couple of hours. Simple to use and I like the display. So far, it seems like a well built unit. JohnnyF

Powerful level 2 charging station !

After about 4 weeks of use I have updated by initial review and given 5 starts ! The unit works reliably without flaw, on both cars. Great deal !We chose a location next to the garage door for the unit so the charging cable, about 18' (5.5m) long, can reach both stalls. Had to have a new 50A breaker being added to the power panel, a #6 gauge power cable run and the NEMA 14-50 receptacle installed. The unit plugs right in. Top quality Charger

We have had this Level 2 charger installed at our office and the electrician commented that it was one of the better charging unites he had seen on the market and after using it for several weeks now we have been so pleased with it we have bought a second one for our home and looking forward to having it there also

Super Simple installation and use.

Great charger for my 2020 Hyundai Kona Electric. Works perfectly for me and my car phones me when charging is complete. I highly recommend this for the home.I've used this unit several times now and it works flawlessly. I am very happy with this unit and would recommend it to anyone with an EV. I never have to stop at a charging station and hope they won't rip me off.

Installation was a bit expensive but so worth it. We have it on the outside of the house. Charges the car in just a few hours.

We've been working to get this product to work and hired an electrician the posted photos pop up or it just shuts off. Regardless of the breaker size, 40-50 amp.

Just an observation. The unit is advertised as 9.6 kw. The instruction manual which came with the unit indicates 8.8 kw.
