Review on Waterproof Raincoat Lightweight Windbreaker Outdoor Women's Clothing by Pamela Pickett

I didn't pay attention to this jacket, it's noisy plastic and there are two zippers, why, the bottom one couldn't be opened, so I had to pull it over my head, I didn't want a plastic one Sweatshirt. So I'm sending this jacket back, it didn't fit me. EDIT three days later. I finally managed to open the jacket, the zip situation is tricky, both zips have to be closed and the right side is slipping out of both zips. I've used the jacket in the rain, it certainly stayed dry but still stiff and noisy.
