Volleyball requires constant jumping and bending over a hard surface so it's tough on my quads and knees. I've tried stretching with machines, exercises with bandages and so on. But I'll be honest, I'm lazy and wanted to find something that can quickly relax my legs before and after the game. I did a little research and found that percussion therapy can break down muscle tissue that's stuck on hard surfaces after exercise. So now I use this Necotar pistol before stretching to make myself as flexible as possible and have found that my quads and knees don't hurt as much. By the way, I play volleyball 5 days a week.
