Half a bottle was spilled during shipping.

I love the soap but it was half full and it was all over the packaging and managed to spill or leak out of the packaging and make a mess where the delivery man left it. You should ship it with lids on top, not with a dispensing nozzle. If they had sent him there he wouldn't have gone out and wasted half my soap. It's not worth sending back, but I won't buy it again.
