This outlet is NOT designed to fast charge Samsung/Android devices, so charging performance is below average for today. That was the biggest disappointment! The thickness of the back panel matches typical blue electrical boxes. Another downside of this item is that the 120V outlets and the USB ports are not the same distance from each other, so the charging box may or may not fit attached USB cables. Tamper evident plastic parts are a nuisance because they don't always work properly, eliminating them as a selling point. Mostly easy to install, with one caveat. The free hanging design of this outlet is terrible and should not be used in any outlet. I'm only keeping them because they add 2 USB ports.
