I originally bought this charger for my 2013 Razer Blade in December 2018 after my Razer made charger died - because it seems almost impossible Check the Razer website for a compatible charger. At the time, my laptop had a dead battery, making it virtually unusable when not connected to a network. The PWR charger worked flawlessly the first time, which combined with the price made it an attractive buy. The charger worked well for long hours of continuous daily use due to the battery issues mentioned above. Everything was fine until September this year (9 months after purchase) when out of the blue the charger stopped working. I will say the support team is top notch as they were quick to respond when I contacted them and more than happy to help. free charger replacement minus shipping cost. Unfortunately, this replacement charger only became unstable after two months of use, but in this case the problem doesn't seem to lie so much with the charger itself as with the charging cable. The cord that you get when you buy it always seemed unnecessarily long to me, and my hypothesis is that all the twisting I had to do to stow the charger may have somehow compromised its functionality. Once again, customer service was quick to respond and sent me a shorter replacement cable free of charge. Now the charger seems to be working fine again, fingers crossed that it continues. In summary, the quality of the product itself seems inconsistent, to the point where I would probably give it a 2.5-3 for these merits alone. I'm adding one star for the quality customer service the company has provided so far.
