Let me preface this review by saying I really like this monitor. I have two of these and they are very durable, responsive, bright, adjustable and do what I expect most of the time. I got them when they were on sale for $500 and if they work with no problems then they're 5 stars. However, although the monitors are less than a month old, I have a small issue with one of them. Problems saving/burning the image. The one connected to my desktop sometimes has a shadow of images from previous websites, apps, or games that remain a sort of "shadow" when I switch to another screen. I've had 4 different monitors that I've used with this desktop and never had this problem. I tried changing the settings differently, changing the input from HDMI to DVI etc. but still didn't fix anything so I contacted support. Customer service did absolutely nothing productive. It's hard to have a monitor that's having problems and I expected support to do more than constantly assume it was a PC, website, user or something other than a monitor error that the image is saved. on the monitor. Even after everything else is turned off and unplugged. If I can't use my computer or have limited access to websites, apps, and games that I can use with the monitor, I don't mind. I left negative feedback because unless these issues are supported, the monitor is underwhelming.
