I saw that the front camera was blocked. The photo clearly showed a different phone than those shown in the shop window. I turned it over to the service, waited for their verdict, got my money back, and waited for a call. This whole thing is tedious, boring, and unpleasant. I wired the funds, but it's been more than two weeks since anyone has had access to a working phone. And how long that return process will take is unknown at this time. I’m praying that my problem gets fixed quickly. Neither the phone's model nor Amazon has displeased me thus far, but I no longer feel compelled to shop on the site for pricey, complicated technological gadgets.
