My dentist made me get a mouthpiece to prevent nighttime grinding. I don't consider myself a night grinder, my jaws never hurt, my teeth didn't sway and there were no other signs, but on the dentist's recommendation, I started wearing them. I really thought it would be uncomfortable or interfere with sleep, but conversely, I really don't mind wearing it. I even convinced my wife to use it (we have the same dentist). She is also very happy with the fit. So this is the second brand of mouthguard I've tried in the past year and I don't mind using the Neomen brand in the future. They are very easy to shape and fit perfectly. The size is not too big and does not require trimming in the gum area. I also really like the 4 pack as I like to lose these things at least once every few months so it will last a year if not more.
