I gave 5 stars because it does the job and I bought two of these - one each for my 3 and 5 year old tablets. They are very strong, but the belt is dangerous to them now and they are just uncomfortable with it. However, I've seen older kids with the same straps on their tablet cases and wear them around their necks to keep up with them or just to hold them. I don't know why I thought it was safe to give them at the time, but I kept them, they are strong straps. The piece on the back is handy for me to hold, but doesn't help much for small hands. I don't like it either because if you want to lay it flat you can't. The rear leg rest is very difficult to slide out for a child, which annoyed me a little, but I wonder if it will loosen over time. Now I wish I had something else, but I didn't want to waste a second returning them and leaving them unprotected. In terms of protection it's really great and this case might be great for some but we're not thrilled with it.
